Lost and Stolen

If your card is lost or stolen, please immediately report it to the number shown pertaining to your card type, any time of day and any day of the week. Our agents can then assist you by cancelling the card and issuing a new one for you.

Complaints/Inquiries
For any inquiries or complaints relating to your prepaid card please contact our support team at support@paylution.com.

Prepaid MasterCard Escalations
We do everything we can to make sure you receive the best possible service. However, sometimes we don't get things right. If you are not happy with how your complaint has been managed by our support team and you wish to escalate your Prepaid MasterCard complaint (Please ensure your card states on the back that it is issued by Transact Payments Limited), please contact our MasterCard issuer stating the nature of your complaint through the following email address tpl-cardcomplaints@thebancorp.com. Once your complaint has been received, a Complaints Officer from Transact Payments Limited will investigate it immediately and respond to you within 10 working days.
